James T. Smith, PsyD, Board Chair
Dr. Smith is a Licensed Psychologist in private practice in North Carolina for the past 12 years. He is married for 25 years, father of four, grandfather of five. He has been a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Cary, for the past fourteen years. He brings to the Center for Hope and Healing board a business model and a zeal for helping those in need, regardless of capacity to pay. |

Andrew Kintz, Board Vice Chair
Andy is currently the New Business Development Manager for LORD Corporation. He uses his 25 years of industrial experience to develop new business ventures for LORD. Andy has 10 US patents, technical and business publications and is a certified pricing professional. During his 19 years at St. Paul’s church he served in many leadership roles including Senior Warden. |

Lori Nero Ghosal, Ed.D., Board Secretary
Lori’s professional background spans program development and student services in the University and project management in private industry. Currently at NC State University, she serves as Academic Advisor for economically disadvantaged college students, providing academic, personal, and life skills support. She has a passion for helping others to find their potential, maximizing life satisfaction, and aligning their inner, spiritual self with the outer world. With a doctorate in Higher Education Administration, Lori brings university administrative and program development knowledge to the Center for Hope and Healing. She has been with St. Paul’s Episcopal Church for 10 years. |

Mary Kintz, Board Member
Mary is a licensed physical therapist and a certified exercise specialist with 15 years experience working in hospital based rehabilitation. In 20 years at St. Paul’s, she has been an integral part of many ministries, providing publicity materials for outreach programs, editing the parish history, initiating ministries such as Children’s Chapel and the Ministry of Mothers Sharing; she has also worked as a teacher for both the preschool and church school. She brings to the Board a unique understanding of how ministries have changed as St. Paul’s has grown over the past 50 years. |

Lynn Yanyo, PhD, Board Member
Dr. Lynn Yanyo is the Director of Marketing and Customer Service for Lord Corporation in Cary. Dr. Yanyo has published numerous articles on materials development, modeling, and new business development; received numerous awards for her publications, presentations and marketing communications; and holds 8 US Patents and their foreign equivalents. She serves on several university and corporate advisory boards. Outside of work, she is active in the Cardinal Chapter of the National Charity League, United Way, FIRST and she regularly volunteers to teach or speak to student groups from K-12. Dr. Yanyo serves as liaison to the Fund Raising subcommittee of the CHH Board. |
