or 749-4803 (mobile). Jennifer PrevostJennifer Prevost is committed to helping you reduce your stress and enhance your health. She saw a direct correlation between an individual’s health and the level of stress he or she encounters when she began her massage therapy career in 2001. She has since built her own private massage practice, Next Step Massage, around this idea. Noticing that her clients needed tools to help alleviate their pain and stress in between massage appointments, she decided to pursue her yoga certification. Although she has been practicing yoga since college, she received her certification in 2009. Yoga is an ancient practice connecting the mind, body and spirit through She enjoys helping students discover how each of these elements of yoga can be incorporated in their lives to enhance their health and happiness.
